To better serve our customers around the world, Soracom Group has reorganized global operations. This new structure helps us to deliver worldwide service more effectively, and also changes some of the names and locations of the legal entities providing Soracom services. These changes are reflected in the Terms linked below, which supersede Terms published prior to April 30, 2020.

For customers located in the 🇪🇺 EU and 🇬🇧 UK:

EECC Waiver

The European Electronic Communications Code (as established by Directive 2018/1972) (the “EECC”) contains certain consumer protection rights that are specifically extended to microenterprises, small enterprises and not-for-profit organizations unless such rights are explicitly waived by the customer or subscriber.

If you are a microenterprise, small enterprise or not-for-profit organisation and we provide you services subject to the EECC within the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you hereby agree to waive any rights under Article 102 paragraphs 1, 3, and 5; Article 105 paragraph 1; and Article 107 paragraphs 1 and 3.
